He is regarded as one of Australia's leading internet technology analysts, with ten years experience in information systems, internet business models, electronic commerce and an array of internet technologies. Dave Heysen Executive Director, Finance & Operations Dave Heysen brings his experience of effective management in a rapidly expanding business environment to 3H Group. He develops pro-active solutions, working effectively with staff to achieve bottom-line results. As the Operations Manager for Soulmates Technology, Dave managed the internal operations and developed the Customer Care Department, which was responsible for supporting over 2 million active members in 16 languages. He played a crucial role in the expansion of Soulmates Technology during the lead up to the Ticketmaster (Match.com) acquisition and managed the company during its rapid growth, post acquisition, as General Manager, and Managing Director of Australia and New Zealand.
